SHIPPING & DELIVERY
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
La Terran gifts boxes process within 1-2 business days, and are delivered between 3-7 days. All gift box orders are fulfilled and shipped out of our Warehouse Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm Eastern Pacific Time.
Orders like clothes items and some accessories can take between 5-10 business days. However it could possibly occur 15-20 business days shipping delays for those items.
ABOUT THE SHIPPING
We are constantly working to keep shipping costs low, however per-box shipping is an additional cost. We do offer several shipping options at checkout to choose the best option for your delivery needs.
Clothing, shoes and some accessories like jewelry items arrive in standard shipping packaging instead of La Terran custom boxes.
LA TERRAN ARRIVAL DATE
For a special occasion gifts, let us know and we’ll add our "TO BE OPENED ON ____it’s worth the wait" sticker to the front of their shipping package.
WILL LA TERRAN INCLUDE A RECEIPT?
We understand most of our products are gifts so we will be sure to keep your privacy. LA TERRAN gifts boxes will never include receipts.
RETURN POLICY
LA TERRAN gift orders are final. We take great pride in ensuring your items are delivered in the most pristine condition, however we do understand things can be different along the way. If you are not satisfied with the way your product reached its destination, or you have any suggestions on how we can better serve you, please let us know. On the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged or wrong, please email us at hi@laterran.com and we will help you right away. Feel free to chat with us right online as well.
Clothing, shoes, and accessories can be return within 5 days of purchase for any unused and resalable merchandise in the original selling condition with all tags attached

We are happy to ship your client gifts to you in one order, or directly to your clients. We have a minimum order of 8 gifts for personalised branded gifts.

9” x 10” x 4” for big size, and 6.5x5.5x4 for small gift box size, availables in our unique stylish design. Our boxes are sustainable. Each one goes out in a shipper box so arrives in the best possible condition.
